The weather at the moment is unseasonably warm both day and night and if it continues we just might have a night away in the car next week. I'll be scouring the 'park4night' app for somewhere nice to stay and we can do a bit of exploring. I'll take plenty of photo's if we do as I want to log all the places we get to visit this coming year. We love Thai food so we'll be hunting down the best Thai restaurants up and down the country. We hope to get over to Lytham St Anne's again this year and we will definitely revisit the little Thai restaurant that we found there. Likewise Morecombe, its really shabby there but the prom is amazing and the people really friendly.
"Thai Up At The Quay" down in Harwich, North Essex, is some of the finest Thai food I've had and there are some excellent stealthy spots by the sea or by the river close by too!
