Yesterday our son got married at a rustic setting in the middle of nowhere so we car camped at the venue. It saved a small fortune in taxi fairs and was really comfortable. We are learning something new each time we camp out in the car and are also learning what's important to take and what isn't. It was handy having toilets open all night though thankfully I didn't need to use them as it was pitch black in the car park. We are already considering buying a small van to convert but that won't be until next spring as we don't have plans to overnight any more this year.... unless the urge takes us.
